Our warranty covers the parts we install, & our craftsmanship in installing those parts for (2) two years after the date of purchase.
Occasionally a defective part will slip past quality control & we will replace that part free of charge to the customer. What constitutes a defective part is different for each repair but simply put, it means the part is not functioning properly.
Accidental damage such as broken glass is not covered under our warranty, but we do offer a (1) one-time discounted repair to customers who need our services for a second time on the same device as was previously repaired. Example: If you already had a screen repair completed on your iPad and you accidentally break the screen again, you would be eligible for a one-time discounted repair on your device. Discount percentage varies for each repair, see specific repair page for eligiblity and the discount rate.
Craftsmanship represents the precision that often goes into each repair we perform. We like to also warranty the little things in each repair we do. For example: We work hard on each screen repair to make sure there are no physical imperfections on the parts we replace. We also work hard to keep your device clean so it comes back to you in the best possible condition.
To make a claim on your warranty all you need to do is call us at 844-MY MTECH Select #2 (Online Orders) to get the process started. There are no forms or crazy hoops to jump through. We honor our warranty!
The customer is responsible for shipping costs TO our repair center for warranty fulfillment, and MTech Repair is responsible for shipping costs BACK to the customer after the warranty is fulfilled.
